Everything made fresh upon your order with outstanding, quality ingredients, by an experienced and formally trained professional baker. Desserts as delicious as they are beautiful! The items that I've included on the menu are extra special because of the natural ingredients used. You will not find margarine or shortenings in the recipes, only real butter. Imitation extracts are not used, as I find a more genuine flavor comes from real fruits, nuts, vanilla beans, maple syrups, caramel sauces, etc. I am a Servsafe certified Baker, that takes very careful sanitation measures.
